I created this podcast to demystify professional coaching and to educate the general public as to what coaching is in a real-life setting.

Many could benefit from engaging with a professional coach, however, few know what they could achieve or what to expect if they did.

Behind the Coach’s Door . . .

will give you special access to real coaching. ‘Joe’ is the first client that is coached and he has graciously allowed me to share his recordings and to be interviewed about his six-month coaching engagement. Client privacy and confidentiality is incredibly important for coaching to be effective, so we are using 'Joe' as a pseudonym.

You will hear actual excerpts from coaching sessions, hear Joe’s interviews, and learn the mechanics that make coaching an effective professional development tool.
